1. Guests who book with us will end up at the right hotel.  Many hotels have similar names that are indistinguishable to people less familiar with the resort area.
2. Guests who book with us will receive the discounted pricing available only to your wedding party.
3. Guests who book with us will be included on your wedding website.
4. Guests who book with us have access to us for questions, changes, adjustments.  Purchasing the trip is only the beginning of the process.  Between booking and traveling things will come up with which they need help.  We are ready to deliver that help promptly and with friendliness.
5. Guests who book with us will be included in communication between us and hotel management regarding the group.  This includes room requests.
6. Only guests who book with us will be included in the rooming list provided to the transfer company and wedding coordinator.
7. Guests who book with us are counted toward any perks or bonuses to which you might be entitled.
8. Guests who book with us are generally able to make a small deposit to hold the trip, paying the balance 45-60 days prior to the trip.  This way, guests are able to secure their space without a large cash outlay.
